No Peacock Premium Despite Claiming Platinum Reward

I claimed the Peacock Premium Reward but still have not received a way to activate it yet.  I have chatted with multiple agents all promising it will be fixed in a few hours or the next day.  Even have a open ticket but no movement on that either.  It been over a month since I claimed the reward from my account page but still no activate now banner or free Peacock Premium for being a Platinum member.  Starting to think it's never going to happen, very disappointing :(

Same. It appears Xfinity ignored your issue as I don't see any response here. Did you ever follow up?
