No local channels on Xfinity Stream app on Roku

I have Xfinity TV and Internet service.  I have a cable box on one TV and everything is fine, get all channels including local.  Installed Xfinity streaming app on roku on second tv that is connected to my Xfinity wifi.  I get all channels in live TV except the local channels.  I have my own modem/router installed correctly and wifi works fine.  Everything works fine except missing local channels.

There is an issue in a database. call 800-Comcast, select tech support for cable TV. ask the agent to transfer you to the app support team. ask the team member to reprovision your streaming device entitlements. if someone talks about sending a hit to your home equipment they do not understand. this is for app/streaming website. if the team member seems confused ask for a supervisor.
