No channels

Any help from Xfinity would be nice. Thanksgiving only watching the weather channel is unacceptable!!

My channels are finally back. I clicked RESTART in the TOOLS section. Click the (A) button on your Xfinity remote to locate TOOLS > RESTART. It seemed to have fixed the issue for me. I also got in touch with a different Xfinity Agent through the Chat feature on the Xfinity App and they said they had to update my Firmware. Hope this helps.

@Rmp1515​ all my channels came back about 15 minutes ago. I guess you have to get on this chat for something to happen. Just not happy with how much we have to pay and the service we get. Happy Thanksgiving

I am very sorry for the trouble you were experiencing with the X1 am, however, glad to hear that your channels came back, we have been working on the issue and we are starting to see many of our customers now able to watch all of their channels on the Xfinity Stream app again. 

I no longer work for Comcast.
