No channels showing on my Roku Xfinity stream app

No channels are showing on my Xfinity stream app. I can see them from the browser in my phone. I reset modem, I uninstalled app on both my Roku devices and re-installed and logged back in. No change. I see 4 community access channels only  I was told to expect a call back within 30m it's been almost two hours now.
