New Samsung TV Getting error codes TVAPP-00209

Getting error codes TVAPP-00209 trying to play live tv channels on Samsung TV. Previously the app worked well, just became unusable last week. Tried re-installing app still did not work, removed app and re-isntalled app still did not work. Settings set to auto update software.

Please help... don’t understand the timer off.. i have run the device care and then sef diagnosis, don’t know what are you referring. I have deleted app, restarted tv, and still get error tvapp 00-209

nathalita20 - it was just a reference to the TV's off timer. It can be set to turn off at a certain time of day.
I set up that feature, and it happened to give me an error when running the diagnostics. Probably not an issue for you. But you might want to double check the deleting the app, there are two levels, on removes it from the menu, the other removes it from the tv and it needs to be re-downloaded. You want the later.

Log out, sign out of the stream beta app. Then sign back in and redo the xfinity.com/authorize. Then go to a t.v. station and select watch. If it doesn't work then repeat. Sign out, sign back in and re-authorize. It worked for me.
