New DVR recordings not showing up on the streaming app

Not all of the shows I have recorded on my DVR are showing up on the streaming app. More specifically all the recordings are on the streaming app that were recorded on Sunday and before are on there. It's the newest recordings that took place on Monday and Tuesday that are not showing up.

the home DVR holds more hours than the cloud DVR (streaming apps). as space is needed older programs are deleted on the cloud DVR to make room for new.

You're not reading what I wrote. It has nothing to do with old shows being deleted. The old shows are all still there. The new shows being recorded are not showing up on the app.

test by using the app to do a hot recording (guide, find a currently playing show, touch the listing and 'record'.  after a minute or so play the in-progress recording (assuming you are in the home on the home wifi network). working on the smart device?
