New cable box needs immediate upgrade
So went to the Xfinity store for a couple of hours and came home with a wifi 6 and X1.
Immediately the cable box says I need new equipment when I open an app. Claims to be sending one in a few days.
Why did they give out old cable boxes in the first place?
Is it really at no cost like it said?
