Netflix works on 1 TV but not other

Hi we've run into an issue, our upstair's tv doesn't open Netflx (all other apps working), but Netflix works on the basement tv. I have done the whole routine of unplugging the tv while on. I have also unplugged the gateway and tv several time and longer than a minute, but still not having any success.  It's driving my wife crazy...at least I am off the hook for once. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
