Netflix streaming on non-xfinity devices

I get Netflix as part of my Comcast package. So how do I watch Netflix on my computer or cellphone? I don't find a way through the Streaming app to get to Netflix and I can't get in through a Netflix direct app  because they want me to sign up and pay a second fee.

Hi @Aurora25250! You mentioned that you can't access the app via your Stream app-- do you happen to have an X1 or Flex box? If so, you should be able to activate it through there so that your Netflix account is linked to your Xfinity service.

I hope that helps, but if not please let us know a bit more about what happens when you're trying to activate your Netflix through Xfinity so we can assist further!

@ComcastGina I used my existing Netflix account when I signed up for xfinity and it switched over to being billed through xfinity.  All worked fine for 3 months and I could log on to Netflix through my kid’s kindle and via the x1 boxes.  For the last 3 months, on the night the xfinity draft is pulled the email associated to Netflix is changed and my original email address is disabled.  I’ve called both xfinity and Netflix on all three occasions.  Netflix has been able to reset back to my original so far.  This month, the x1 connection is not only  changed email but also associated to a Spanish profile that is not my family. I really need this to stop happening every month and be able to connect to Netflix    In iPads and kindles.

@Aurora25250 This is an odd issue to have and I can understand why you would be frustrated.

I would like to investigate this further.
