Netflix, Apple TV and ESPN does not work on my Xfinity supplied box. I paying for nothing. I have worked with tech services.
Netflix, launch nw-2-4, Apple launch: couldn’t connect to the internet; espn launch; no account not able to connect to the internet. For over a week I have been trying to g to fix this issue. If it cannot be fixed, I am canceling.

What type of Xfinity box are you using such as a wireless TV box or Xfinity Xumo box? This link shows the different X1 box types, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-hub-vs-companion-box.
Do you get Netflix and Apple TV through StreamSaver?
Have you visited xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions to activate ESPN (or the other apps you subscribe to)?

The xumo box sits directly above the shelf from the router, so within inches of the router and the tv is above the xumo and router.
