N0T AUTHORIZED
I try to log on to stream the xfinity app but I get a message " not authorized.... you signed in successfully but you must be an xfinity customer to enjoy this service". What do I need to do to fixt this?

you didn't mention the device you are using. if using a phone/tablet try a desk/laptop to access the Xfinity stream TV website. or perhaps use a Roku device. same problem? Do you have an installed and working Xfinity X1 set top box and Xfinity internet service?
