My stream app is not showing all of my recordings

My app, which I use constantly, is not showing any new recordings. It is not very full, and my home dvr is not very full. I cannot find a way to contact customer service besides the chat assistant, which is not helping.

Hello! Are you seeing this issue across multiple devices? Also, have you noticed that certain recordings aren't showing up?
