Got signed up for the tv service and I am using the app only, no box. Service works fine except my plan is suppose to have Streampix. All other channels work fine including Showtime. I’ve had 2 tickets and about 6 hours on the phone with tech over the last week. Yesterday I signed out of all the rokus, and iPads, uninstalled everything, reinstalled the apps, restarted all rokus/iPads and rebooted my modem. Still nothing. I’m not going to keep sitting on the phone for hours. Anybody run into a fix for a similar issue before I remove the service and go back to Sling?
