Missing Streampix
Got signed up for the tv service and I am using the app only, no box. Service works fine except my plan is suppose to have Streampix. All other channels work fine including Showtime. I’ve had 2 tickets and about 6 hours on the phone with tech over the last week. Yesterday I signed out of all the rokus, and iPads, uninstalled everything, reinstalled the apps, restarted all rokus/iPads and rebooted my modem. Still nothing. I’m not going to keep sitting on the phone for hours. Anybody run into a fix for a similar issue before I remove the service and go back to Sling?

use the xfinity my account app. select the tV tab and the link at the top 'channel lineup' does the streampix show there?

When I click the tv tab it says there aren’t any devices setup yet.

does the internet tab show your current gateway/modem? call 800-Comcast and select customer service (or wait for an employee to get to your post here on the forum) and ask then to verify the Streampix subscription.

Yes my modem is listed and they have verified my subscription multiple times.
