Missing RECORD BUTTON for Tennis Channel
Why is there no RECORD button for The Tennis Channel TNND 862 on the Xfinity streaming app for the 2-10 PM times but there is for the 10-1 AM times? This is for the BNP Paribas Tennis. Same holds true for next week for the Miami Tennis 11-7 no record button. 7-10 has a button. All can be recorded on the DVR. The issue is on the streaming app. VERY FRUSTRATING! I have called Xfinity Support many times. No help whatsoever.
