Missing. Channels
Only on my Apple TV 4K boxes does the tv guide not go past channel 3491. The 4000 channels are the tvgo channels. They appear on all other devices including, tv’s, fire stick’s, iPhone and iPads. Because of this, the free streaming channels like, unsolved mysteries etc…are not viewable. Error TVAPP-00144 pops up. Why 2 different guides? Yes I am on my home network and all is updated, restarted, rebooted… Phone Tech support said it’s only available on devices that are portable. Sorry but my Samsung tv’s are not portable so that reason is incorrect. Again, the tvgo channels missing in the guide is directly related to not being able to watch those streaming channels, ie 4000 and above. Solution?

Error TVAPP-00144 when trying to stream free channels like unsolved mysteries for example, according to Apple support supervisor, is a Xfinity app issue, not an Apple TV 4K issue. Xfinity support tier 2, keeps telling me it’s an Apple TV 4K device problem. Since the problem is related to 2 different tv guides, it can’t be on their end. Basically the tvgo channels are missing on the guide when using the. Finite app on the Apple TV 4K devices. Works properly on all other streaming device’s including iPhone and iPads. Anyone fix for this?
