Missing Channels on Xfinity Stream App
I was trying to watch a football game this afternoon on my tablet and noticed that all of my local channels (and most of my cable package) are missing from the "Live TV" listing on the Stream app. I have confirmed this on 2 separate mobile devices that the same (most) channels are missing. I can see the channels on my TV and the TV onscreen channel guide (X1 box) just fine, but they aren't available on the app any more. If it makes a difference, this is in north Mississippi near the metro Memphis, TN viewing area. It was working fine a few days ago and now nothing. Please help!

As of yesterday the majority of my channels are missing from the xfinity stream app under live tv. It doesn’t look like this is resolved.

Xfinity Customer Care,
There were TV Channels on the Xfinity Stream App on my iPad before the outage. With the outage this morning, 90% of my channels are still missing on the Xfinity Stream App.
How do I resolve it?

Xfinity Infrastructure Support Team,
Would it be possible for you to schedule future outages from 1AM to 5 AM local time when you have to perform maintenance on the back-end rather in the day time.
Today, I lost several hours of productive time due to outage all morning. No phone, No internet, No communication.

I am having the same problem. Yesterday all was fine. This morning I woke up to an outage, but was back on around 8:15am. Just now I launched the Stream app on my iPad and the only channels I can see are some togo listings. Same on my desktop. I deleted and re-downloaded the app on my iPad, but it did not fix the problem.

I am having the same problem. I have called multiple times to customer support, spending hours on the phone. How can I get in touch with someone that can actually remedy the problem??
