Mini window on iPad but not android app?

Hi,

when I run the app on on my iPad I can still watch via a mini-window if while using another app. However, I can't figure out how to do that on my android tablet. Is there a way to get that mini window on an andriod tablet app, or perhaps plans to include it in a future release?
