Local channels pixelated

I can get all other channels through streaming xfinity app but 2 local channels are pixelated

@user_9fc32f - Oh no! This is not the experience we want anyone to have using the Xfinity Stream app. Thank you for letting us know. Rest assured you've reached the right place for help! We'll ask a few questions to get a better understanding and work together towards a fix. Which channels are having this issue and what device are you using to stream?

I was having buffering issues so deleted the Xfinity App and re-installed it. Prior to this there were no pixelation problems. But now I have noticed  one channel pixelated. I am using an Amazon Fire Stick on this particular TV. Comcast channel 3 is completely pixelated. Sound is not affected. On another TV I have the Xfinity Stream through Roku.  No problems with any channels.  My primary TV is connected to a X1 box.  No problems there either.
