Live tv on the Xfinity stream app is not work on two of my devices. I have uninstalled the app several time and still only getting 4 channels like sky news.

I am having the EXACTLY same issue. Ipad, iphone, Kindle, Roku, etc. all cannot stream, and have 4 channels (Cheddar News, Cheddar Bussiness, Sky News, and TasteMade). I have spoken with tech support several times and they said it is a known issue with no timetable for fixes. I'm not happy!
I have the same useless four channes. The fact that they don't have a timetable to fix this problem is absurd. We pay so much for this service and they can't give us an explanation and/or quickly fix this problem ticks me off.
Okay, I FINALLY got it fixed! I found another thread that said call Comcast, and ask to speak to someone about TV help. Then when you get to that person, as to speak to an Xfinity app tech. They person wouldn't connect me directly, but they said the tech made some changes on the backend. I had to sign-out, delete the Xfinity stream app, re-download it, sign back in, and NOW it works! I believe what they did is called "resetting stream entitlements."
Best of luck to you! They know how to fix it; you just need to find the right person.
Okay, it looks like my problem may have been that I had an old, inactive account for my vacation home linked to my new, current Comcast account. I think they removed it, and that's what cleared things up. Do you have two accounts on your one login?
