On 8/4 lost live tv away from home and after several calls to ‘non tech support’, zero resolution

The worst part of the ‘non tech support’ is having to start over with each call. After going thru their pre filled flow chart without a resolution, they send a text ‘how would you rate your service’. Their main job is to get reviews without following up on the issue. Although the reps I’ve talked with our pleasant, they have no idea how to escalate the issue.
