LG TV error message TVAPP-00101

Why does the Xfinity Stream app keep giving me this error code on my LG Tv?  I have unplugged the router and the tv to reboot but it still is not working.

Hi, @user_f1f378. Can you confirm that your LG TV is connected to your in-home network? If it is, you may need to restart the modem, forget and reconnect your Wi-Fi on the TV then restart the TV.

For your information and anyone else reading this thread, this error usually is related to the internet. It typically means that you're not connected to the in-home network.

We really need someone's help. We have our own modem. We have protection on big screen tv. We were told by both Samsung tech and xfinity tech that something is wrong with TV. Took the 2 year old TV back to costco. Purchased an LG 2 days ago. Having same error code tvapp-00101. No answers. Who can help????
