La Brea S1E5 "The Fort" in Stream & Beta apps & web portal

In the Stream Beta app on Roku, 9 of the 10 episodes of La Brea say "Free from NBC; Buy HD $2.99". But S1E5 "The Fort" says "Universal Pictures, Buy HD $2.00". I can only view this episode on Roku if I buy it.

In the Stream Beta app on my Samsung smart TV, S1E5 does not appear at all. The list of episodes skips directly from S1E4 to S1E6, so I can't watch S1E5 on that app even if I was willing to buy it.

On the Stream web portal at https://www.xfinity.com/stream/search?q=La%20Brea and in the Stream app on my phone, S1E5 is listed, but the only "Watch" options are "TV GO", which would unnecessarily run up my data usage.

Is it really intended that this single episode from the middle of a group of 10 is restricted in this odd way, or might this be an error that Comcast/NBC/Universal/InDemand can correct?
