Kick out anyone signed into my Xfinity Stream App

I have change the password and it does not kick anyone out there has logged into my Xfinity stream app. I've read other forms and it said that my account needs De- provisioned.  Can someone please help

while waiting for a Comcast employee to check in with you on this, go to xfinity.com and sign in. go to accounts, then to users. do you see users listed there? if so, they will need to change their password, too.
