Jumping from 800s to 1400s channels

I've come to the conclusion that when it jumps from the 800 channels to the 1400 channels that is when we get the blow out speaker volume spike.  I've been talking with the CEO of xfinity about the volume spike and Monday I will call him and let him know about this channels changing so he can bring it to the attention of the programing team. They are currently working on the FIX for the volume spikes now. But this might help them go in the correct direction.
