Issue with xfinity stream app - location and subscription required

When using my new fire stick with xfinity stream app in my house on my home WiFi I am unable to view local channels to - get two different issues 1) location issue 2) subscription required issue. I do not have issues with my other two fire sticks in same house running the xfinity app. I have tried all troubleshooting methods to no avail.

user_9hvntw  Is your fire stick currently updated since the others are working with no issues?

Thank you for confirming, user_9hvntw. Concurrent stream limits apply to Xfinity Stream devices (phone, tablet, laptop, TV):

Five concurrent streams across all account devices for X1 customers.
Only three of these devices can be off the customer’s in-home WiFi network.

How many devices are you using the stream app at the same time?

https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-stream-app-faqs says:

How many partner devices can I use?

  • If you have Xfinity TV, you can stream to up to five devices at the same time in the home, with a total of 45 devices registered on the account.
    • The limit of five simultaneously streaming devices includes partner devices, mobile devices (iPad, tablets, phones) and computers.
  • Outside of the home, or with NOW TV and streaming, you can stream up to three devices at the same time.
  • If you have Xfinity Choice TV, you can stream to up to two devices at the same time.
