iPad App only works outside of home network

We have two iPads and two iPhones. Both iPhones are able to watch live tv and recorded programs while on home WiFi. Each iPad however is only able to watch if we are out of our home network and/or using cellular. This makes no sense to me at all. Have deleted the app an reloaded/logged in multiple times to no avail. Again this is just our iPads, our iPhones and Rokus are working flawlessly. We both have current gen iPads with all updates applied.

Jim15101 Thank you so much for your post for help with not being able to use your Xfinity stream app on your iPad. What happens when you try to launch the app when connected to your home network or do you only encounter the error when trying to select a show to watch? Do you receive an error code or message by chance?

On my iPad I can see everything but when I click a live or recorded show the three dots just keep flashing and the show never starts. No error codes or messages. I can schedule and delete recordings, just can’t watch anything. My iPhone and Roku devices function without issue.

Jim15101 I would recommend to "Forget This Network" on both iPads, so they have no connection to your in home Xfinity Internet & Wi-Fi. Then restart your modem, reconnect the iPads to your in home network, and test the Xfinity Streaming app.
