IPAD (6TH Generation) Streaming is NOT working with Version 7.19.0.2755
I am experiencing issues with the Xfinity Stream app on my iPad (6th generation) running iOS 17.7. Unfortunately, this iPad cannot be updated to iOS 18 due to its older model.
Currently, I have Xfinity Stream version 7.19.0.2755 installed. When I open the app, none of the categories display pictures. Additionally, when I try to access live TV, the app continuously shows a loading indicator (“…”) and fails to connect.
Could you please advise on what steps I need to take to resolve this issue and watch Xfinity Stream on my iPad?

@Cc0706 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I believe the minimum requirement for Apple devices is to have at least the iOS 15.0, so there shouldn't be an issue there. Have you tried to delete the app and redownload? I've had similar issues with other apps and a fresh install has worked most of the time.
