I’m getting error 12013 when I try to watch HBO on the Stream app.

This is a real bummer as I just started my HBO subscription, watched on my phone last night, but now... nothing but error screens. I logged out, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, and tried to use hbo now app. No good.
