I signed in but it won't let me continue to install my new equipment

I signed in but it won't let me continue to get instructions to install my new equipment.

Hello, @user_l2ctwa are you able to share the make and model of your modem? We want to make sure your modem is online and connected to the network. If the lights indicate the modem is offline we'll want to test all cable outlets in the home, then try to activate the modem in the Xfinity app.
