I can’t watch recorded shows on my app
For some reason I can’t watch recorded shows on my streaming app. I was able to in the past but now I can’t. I have tried logging off then on and even deleted the app and reinstalled it.

What is happening when you try to watch? Do you get an error message? Can you not see the recording list? Does it just stall out and not play?
