I added Stream Saver, can I cancel non-Xfinity Nexflix now?

I added the Stream Saver with Netflix and Apple+ (also Peacock), both of which I was paying for separately outside of Xfinity. What's the process of switching over so I don't lose these channels? Will I keep my profiles? Thanks. Jeff

Hello user_g596bs, thank you for taking the time to post here in our Xfinity Community forum. We are happy you're here, and happy to help. If you are connected to your prior account in your new accounts, then yes, you should be able to cancel billing from other providers, as it is similar to switching phone providers. You still use the same phone number and email address, you just pay a different company.

If you have an X1 cable box or XUMO streaming device, you can sign up for Paramount+ by following these steps:

  1. Press the Xfinity button on your remote.
  2. Select Apps.
  3. Select the Paramount+ tile.
    • Note: You can also say “Paramount+” into your Voice Remote to open the app on Xumo Stream Box.
  4. When you enter the app, select Sign Up for Paramount+.
  5. Select a plan:
    • Essential – Limited Ads or Paramount+ with SHOWTIME.
  6. Select if you’d like to be billed monthly or annually.
  7. Create your account by entering all the necessary information.
  8. Click Subscribe.

Alternatively, you can sign up for Paramount+ directly on their website at https://www.paramountplus.com/.

Prices start at $8.99/mo and it should be available to watch on most smart devices. You can find a full list of compatible devices on their website here:
