My Hulu freezes when ad are playing. Sometimes it takes 2-4 tries of restarting before it finally gets thru the ad.

@user_5wwjdc Thanks for letting us know. What device are you using to stream your Hulu content? Does the same thing happen on the Xfinity app with your phone?

I have deleted my cache and data as well as reset and when ads play while watching hulu I have to close out and try to go back in it usually happens at the minute mark for the ads. no matter what I try it keeps freezing and will take me days to finish watching one show due to the freezing. What else can be done to fix this issue?
