How to Edit or Delete the Recent Channels lineup on the Xfinity Stream app

I have a lot of channels listed in the Recent Channels ribbon that I no longer watch. I would like to remove them. In the past, I believe I was able to clear the entire lineup and then create a new lineup as I watched the channels that I now prefer. How do I delete and/or edit the lineup of Recent Channels?

Are you referring to the channels that populate when you push the last, or back arrow, button?

@XfinityTimothy No. I'm using the Xfinity app on an iPad so there is no button or arrow to push. When the app loads, a row of large images displays all of my recent channels. I would simply press the image of the channel I'd like to watch and it will begin streaming. I want to remove some of those images or delete all of them and start over.

Thanks for clarifying. If you select the image under Recent Channels the channel will pop up and start playing. There will be 3 dots at the top right of the screen. You will then see an option to Clear History with an X next to it at the bottom of the screen. That should then delete your recent channels/programs when you go to your Home screen. Please let me know if that works!

I no longer work for Comcast.
