How do I provide feedback on a missing feature regarding fast forwarding thru a show?

If I hook up the comcast box and watch a recorded show on comcast, when I hit FF it moves thru the show displaying the images as they speed by. I can then stop when I get where I want to be.
When I use Roku and a the Xfinity app, the FF or REVERSE does not work as nicely.  I do not see the fast moving images, just a time clock and so I have to guess where to stop. Is that limitation due to Roku or to Xfinity?

I suspect it is an Xfinity limitation.  How do I give them feedback to request the app, which is listed as a Beta level product, be improved?

at this time nothing new has been announced and the stream app does not give  preview frames of progress nor does the main picture update like watching using a set top box.

Thank you for confirming how it works, meaning that I had not missed something.  Now, how do I provide user feedback to Xfinity that I would like to see that enhanced?  I can find nowhere on their website to actually talk to them.

still hoping for a reply on how to give feedback to Comcast.  I have had trouble doing this in the past.  In fact I was even willing to send a letter to corporate in Phila and could find not address to accomplish that.  They do not seem particularly customer-centric.
