How do I block someone from streaming off my Xfinity

I cannot remove someone who is streaming off of my service. I have changed my password but because they are logged on they can still get on my cable. There is no button to "sign out all devices." Help?

@user_da0c40 Hello and thank you for reaching out over your Xfinity Community Forum. While there isn't a way to simply sign out all the devices, we can complete some steps to deprovision the connected devices, which will require logging in again on each connected device. To continue, could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Hi there, thank you so much for reaching out to us about removing someone from the Xfinity Streaming App. Now do you mean an actual Xfinity Username or an actual device using the Xfinity Streaming App?
