Help streaming Max

I’ve spoken to Max. After lengthy session I have been referred to Xfinity. For some reason I’m being kept from accessing Max when I connect to my provider which is Xfinity

Can you provide a bit more details on how you are signing in? For example, is this the same issue on different devices?
