Help! Streaming App stopped working.
The streaming app suddenly stopped working on my Android phone and tablet devices after 3 or more years of no problems. I am using my in home wifi connection and both devices have the required OS versions. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and also uninstalls and reinstalls with no luck. All I get is either a black screen on my tablet or a purple Xfinity screen twice on my phone asking me to sign in then a message that says"stream keeps stopping" Hope someone can somehow help get my streaming back!. Thanks.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name, full address, and the username you are using to sign in? Our team would like to send an account refresh to help troubleshoot this issue. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
