HDMI cord attached to web machine prevents playback of Purchases and Rentals
We have have identified issue where some purchases and rentals may not play on the Stream web app when your computer is connected to an external monitor. Please disconnect the monitor to watch on your computer. We are currently working to resolve this issue.
