HBO,prime, Netflix, etc do not load properly and freeze

I am having issue with my streaming of hbo, prime, Netflix, etc.  they all load slowly and freeze.   Also ring  doorbell goes offline often and stays off for days or hours.  I have had people out.  No solution.
