Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Live TV video distortion

Is anyone else seeing a distorted/pixillated video when watching the Hallmark M&M channel (Live TV via Stream app)? It has been this way for several days but I don't see any other posts in the Forum so I am wondering if it is an issue on my device??
