Getting TVAPP-00249 error code

What the heck is going on with the streamming app. I cannot watch out of home channels and I am missing the big game on ABC. A channel that is included in the out of home package!

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Stream app and missed the game on ABC. To confirm, are you still experiencing this issue? Are you experiencing this issue on any channels besides ABC? Can you also confirm if you are connected to your in-home WiFi network?

Yes, I am still experiencing the issues with Fox, and ABC local channels. What is the timeline for the company to fix this issue. It has been more than 72 hours ?
