Fox news

When I first started streaming with my Roku streaming Stick I was able to get Fox news and also Fox news live. Then I was not able to get Fox news live but I was able to watch the old shows. Now I can't even watch some of the old shows especially Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity. [Edited: "Political"] Does anybody know a trick on how to get Fox news live I've tried everything. I've tried everything that the people said to do on this website nothing worked.

Hello @user_3bc0c1 I love the Xfinity Stream Beta app on my roku devices! I hear from time to time that people have various issues with the app across different devices like firestick and roku, but I have not heard any specific issues with Fox news. I checked our test devices and fox news played without an issue. When you tune to that channel do you receive an error? Are you able to check another device like a phone or tablet to see if the same issue exists on the Xfinity app?

@XfinityPaula I tried to get Fox news on my smartphone but just like my Roku streaming device Xfinity will not allow me to get it. Xfinity should be sued for blocking Fox news. Who do they think they are to do this. Xfinity wants you to pay for their television. A lot of people think it has to do with a liberal agenda because Xfinity does not block CNN or MSNBC.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, @user_3bc0c1. We definitely want you to have access to the content that you want/need. As of right now, I tested everything on my end and Fox is working fine on my end. With that said, I would be more than happy to dive into this issue for you. With that said, please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address so that we can assist you further.

To send the requested information in a private message from any https://comca.st/3PmUGnU page:

  • Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3v12L9s

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person", but don't do that.

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.

  • Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

  • Press Enter or tap the > icon to send it
