Fox News not viewable on Xfinity Streaming

why is fox news not available on xfinity streaming?  All other channels work just fine!

The issue is with cable boxes. If I stream it on the Xfinity stream app Fox News channel works.  It seems like everyone’s having this issue. How long is it gonna take for Xfinity to create a ticket and fix the issue!?

I’m getting massive pixilation and garbled sound only on Fox News.  Everything else works fine.  We have reset the box by hitting the “A” button on the remote, and it worked for 5 minutes and then went back to massive pixilation again.  How do we fix this?

I found the solution to fix xfinity app streaming Fox news channel.  I got a fire stick. Works great now.

Guide on Xfinity stream is an hour ahead although device is local. This is only on my dell laptop and on the website.

Seems like Xfinity doesn't let Fox play when things are being shown in the news that they don't want us to see.... especially see a conservative viewpoint on current events.... shame on Xfinity for blocking fox on the streaming side of their "service" that we PAY FOR!!!

I've been having trouble viewing Fox News on my Xfinity streaming app. All channels are working fine. This has happened to me several times in the last month. It will go to a commercial and get stuck with the screen saying there's a commercial and it never comes back. I try all the other Fox News channels on the app and it does the same thing. Xfinity please fix this

@XfinityVianney​ this is a perpetual problem on several platforms.  It has made watching the news almost impossible on any other device or location than the tv that is directly connected to the xfinity box and wifi.   The stuttering of the video stream is bad enough, but there are long "commercial breaks" that go on well beyond a normal break.   Exiting the feed and re-starting the program, shows that they're well into in the next segment.   Returning from commercial breaks are a perpetual problem.   Stuttering of the feed is also a problem.  

And it's HIGHLY ANNOYING that Xfinity commercials play well beyond the commercial break and into the programming!!!   

This happens on an iPad, my iPhone, as well as a remote smart tv in the house.   I'm not the only person complaining about it, and it sure seems strange that xfinity, owned by NBC, is somehow unable to stream their competitor.

I pay you over $300.00 a month for your service, which is more than my water, sewage, electric, and gas COMBINED!!!!   The least you can do is provide the service I'm paying an outrageous amount of money for.

Maybe it's time to let the door to door sales people for other companies, come into the house and explain other options for internet and TV service !!!

Can you share what type of troubleshooting you've done, such as restarting the modem, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as making sure your devices are fully up to date with any software updates?
