Fire stick

The Xfinity Stream app keeps freezing for up to 30 seconds at a time on any channel I am on. The app on my moms roku seems to work just fine, but this is getting ridiculous with my fire stick.  I have Uninstalled,reinstalled, clear cache and data.  I have also done a factory reset on my fire stick and done a hard reset on it and the TV.
