I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but it still freezes. I have restarted the Fire Stick, still freezes.

Can you tell me more about your experience? Are you able to get logged in, and it freezes after a program has started?
@XfinityBrandon Good morning. I’ve been having the same freezing issues on all of my Fire TV devices with the beta app. The freezing happens regularly with any of the NBC owned channels. How do I address?
Yes I can login and start to watch channel 115 and after some minutes the picture freezes. My internet speed is very good.
i have to hit pause button then the play button to resume playing then it freezes again.
