Fire stick TV - Xfinity app not working

Xfinity Stream app on recently installed FireStick on Samsung TV not showing all channels (only TV go channels) and recording library from DVR. Fire stick tv is on home network like 2 other devices (Fire TV and iPhone) that are working fine. Tried all steps posted several times (clear cache, reload app, unplug tv and device, etc). Tried Xfinity service and they have no idea how to troubleshoot and don’t understand how the app is supposed to work. Please advise.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
