Espn app streaming

When logging into the ESPN app on Roku, it says “This network is not included in your current television subscription. Please contact your tv provider subscribe.” Problem is, I do have ESPN on my tv package and I am logged into my account on my phone and the xfinity app on my phone so it normally ties altogether and allows me to login. Not sure what’s going on.
