is your Roku still at your home or did you take it travelling? if at home, power unplug the gateway/modem for 3+ minutes and then unplug the roku or use menu - system-restart. working?

Not working all of a sudden 4 8 21

Even downloaded for fire stick and have fewer channels. Only HBO, which doesn't even make sense

I use the app every day, so I can only imagine how you're feeling but I have your back on this. Are the above number the channels that are giving you issues? Also, are you receiving any error codes or error messages on your screen?

I have the error code: TVAPP-00231 on my TCL-Roku TV. The full message says, "This Video Cannot Be Played. We've run into a problem while streaming.   I have made sure the app is up to date, the television has not been moved, checked the internet connection, and can pull up any other app to stream but the xfinity beta will not work.  It worked fine last night but not today.  While the channel numbers appear I cannot get any live channels... I was not trying to watch a video even though that was the error message.
