Error:TVAPP-00148

We are getting this error message on both our LG and Samsung tv.  I have deleted the Xfinity app and re loaded it.  We have had a technician out with no fix.  All other streaming services work just fine.  This is very frustrating!

I know how important access to your favorite programs is, and getting an error message on the streaming platform would certainly not be ideal. Let's get this error cleared up together. Firstly, have you ensured your TVs have updated firmware and already attempted to sign out and back into the app, aside from deleting and redownloading?
