Error: TVAPP-00500

Streaming app not working.  I have signed out and back in, have tried deleting app and reloading app, and neither help.  No channel guide.  Very frustrating!

Are you experiencing this issue on more than one device at the moment? Also, are you receiving any kind of error message or error code when you are not able to use the App? -Christopher
